The Project
With the rise of the gig economy and changing demands of the workforce, the office as we know it is transforming into the future of work. Solo-preneurs, start-ups and corporate employees alike want better spaces and technology in more convenient locations to be productive.
Staples partnered with Boston-based Workbar to expand coworking into suburban locations as a test. Three Staples stores were renovated to include a fully enclosed coworking space with conference rooms, private offices, a kitchen and multiple work space types.
After an initial soft launch, we were engaged to help develop collateral and creative for sales teams and lead generation. In addition to an intro video highlighting the perks of Workbar at Staples and a a lead generation site, we created a series of emails, sell sheets and flyers. We also worked with Staples to create a clever welcome kit for new members designed to cross-sell Staples products perfect for mobile coworkers. Our team worked with marketing, sales and product owners for both companies to integrate and balance each brand’s personality and guidelines across the campaign materials.
